By using Lune Dream, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Service Description
Lune Dream provides AI-powered sleep coaching, dream journaling, binaural frequency sounds, and breathing exercises. The app is designed for general wellness purposes only.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Lune Dream is NOT a medical device or service. AI-generated sleep analysis and dream interpretations are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a healthcare professional for sleep disorders or mental health concerns.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create (dream entries, survey responses). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process this data for providing the service (AI analysis, progress tracking).
5. Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions through your App Store account settings.
6. Limitation of Liability
Lune Dream is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the app or reliance on AI-generated content.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
